.... Compared to any phone on the market within the last 10 years. For instance my old cracked blue G9 phone the screen even though it is cracked from drop is silky smooth finish that never scratches. Upon opening the box after I received it minuscule dust particles from with inside the box attached to the screen's face and smudged and scratched the surface of it leaving a dull finish. And the light quality , and color clarity of the screen projection is very poor. I feel bad leaving a bad review because the customer service was extremely helpful and answered my questions within the same day. But, unfortunately the product is low quality and that is just honesty, which I think all review should be.For the price of the tablet it really is a good tablet had a few issues setting it up, the one thing that I'm not happy with is it is supposed to have a Sims card & it didn't come with the tablet & now I'm having a issue about getting a sim card. Check the tablet before you assume its there like I did,other than thst its definitely worth itI like all the features that it bringsNo me agrado porque no tiene la pantalla nitidaThis tablet takes a very long time to start up. It kept stopping and I needed to restart it to often.I tested out this tablet for a couple weeks. It's okay if you're on a budget and want a tablet to browse the news or play games, but personally I wouldn't use this because I'm a content creator (i.e. it might be okay for personal everyday use for you but just not for me). I found it helpful that it comes with a case and screen protector (already adhered onto the tablet) and came fully charged out of the box. It was easy to connect and setup, and comes preloaded with a bunch of Google apps. Also once you log into your Google account once it'll automatically sync with all of the Google apps, which is handy. Sometimes it'll run slow, but overall it's okay.I purchased this tablet to use mainly for doctor's televisit appointments for my husband. It has a nice clear bright screen and is very well made. I appreciate that it came with a very nice case that the tablet fits perfectly in. It was extremely easy to set up and it starts up nice and quick every time I use it. The video quality is very excellent for watching Youtube or for video chats. I am happy with the tablet and it works perfectly for my needs.There is no information about how to insert a sim card on manual. Took a picture how to insert a sim correctly otherwise it will not work! Hope it will help to others
